Acceptability criteria of photovoltaic systems for the integrated category in the compensatory feed-in remuneration:

the following criteria must been fulfilled:

1) Modules must have a double function, for example: waterproofing, protection and thermal regulation, physical protection of belongings or people, noise protection, etc. The double function is characterized by the substitution of a building element; If the modules are removed, an element of the construction is missing, or their function are reduced.

If the double function (point 1) is disputable, criteria 2) et 3) are acceptable:
2) Entire and homogeneous surface; the photovoltaic plant covers the complete area, dissimulating the roof substructure.

3) Building element made up of more layers, that visually forms a whole component. The cladding must cover the complete area and the PV surface must be bigger than the appearing cladding.
