The building Optic Technicum has the largest PV plant in Europe with CIS technology and is the first application of this type of cells in the United Kingdom. The PV has been an integral part of the project from the initial stage and characterizes the morphology of the building envelope. The entire south facade is covered with modules inclined at 70° with respect to the horizontal.
