The new hut had to be as autonomous as possible and independent from the external environment. These requirements had a direct impact on the planning . The photovoltaic panels are integrated in the facade of the building adding a double function to the building's envelope and introducing an interesting dialog with shimmering aluminium claddings. The building looks like a glazed crystal at 2,883 meters above sea level, and it is almost completely self-sufficient.
